Welcome to Print Chasers LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our alert bot service ("Service"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before accessing or using the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service provides alerts and information for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to constitute financial, investment, trading, or professional advice of any kind. Print Chasers LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial planner, and the Service does not recommend specific securities, investments, or trading strategies.

2. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Any information provided by the Service is for educational and informational purposes only.

  • You are solely responsible for your own trading or investment decisions.

  • Print Chasers LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from your use of the Service or your investment decisions.

  • You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment or trading decisions.

3. Service Availability and Maintenance

  • The Service may undergo scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, during which it may be temporarily unavailable. Such maintenance is expected and necessary to ensure the Service's functionality.

  • In the event the Service is unavailable for two (2) or more consecutive market days (defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays when markets are closed), we will prorate the downtime and apply a credit equivalent to the missed time toward your next month's subscription fee. The credit will be calculated based on the proportion of the monthly subscription period affected.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service and are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from downtime or maintenance.

4. Subscription and Pricing

  • The Service is provided on a subscription basis, with payments processed monthly through Stripe.

  • The subscription price is subject to change at our discretion. We will notify you of any price increases at least 30 days in advance via email or through the Service. Your subscription rate is not guaranteed from month to month, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

  • All payments are non-refundable, except as provided in Section 3 regarding prorated credits for extended downtime.

5. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when subscribing or interacting with the Service.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Not misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the alert bot.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Print Chasers LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading or investment decisions.

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms or non-payment of subscription fees. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and no refunds will be provided except as outlined in Section 3.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Indiana.
